Information Regarding Your Appointments
Telemedicine Instructions – All States
- To connect to your appointment, you will need a strong internet connection.
- Simply go to our website www.careclinicmd.com (on a camera equipped device such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone).
- Once on the site you, you will login by clicking the “Telemed” button on the top menu. This will prompt you to enter a room (e.g. Virginia, Florida, Etc).
- You may also login using this direct link: careclinicmd.doxy.me
- Please select the state in which you reside. If you need a password to enter, it will be provided to you prior to your visit, via text and/or email.
- Once you have entered your room, it will prompt you to enter your name, which will alert your provider that you have checked in.
- You will see a waiting room. Wait here, the provider will start the video when they are ready for you. If your appointment does not start right away do not panic. The provider may be running behind from other visits and will be with you shortly.
- If you are having problems connecting and are unable to get into the waiting room, the provider will call you on the telephone.

We ask that you confirm your appointment AND make contactless payment.
Payment MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 pm on the Friday or Saturday before your appointment.
You will need to use a credit or debit card for the transaction.

Pay By Phone: 844-782-6963. PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED M-F 9am-5pm. *PHONE PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SATURDAYS.
In-Person: If you do not prepay your appointment, you may bring payment on the day of your appointment and will be considered as a walk-in patient. WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS ARE LIMITED. YOU MUST CONTACT THE FRONT DESK TO CONFIRM THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT.
When you arrive at your appointment:
Please arrive to the clinic NO EARLIER than the scheduled time of your appointment and remain outside in your car.
Once outside, please text or call us at: 844-782-6963 (Ext. 4) to check-in. We will call you on the phone and let you know when to come inside.
Only two patients will be allowed inside the clinic at a time. Please do not bring additional visitors to your appt. They will not be allowed inside the clinic.
Masks or face coverings are required to enter the clinic.
We will work to continuously sanitize and disinfect shared spaces and common areas throughout the day.
