If you are seeking to use your insurance benefits please call us to verify your eligibility. Insurance acceptance varies from state to state. If we are out-of-network with your insurance, please check with your plan as you may be eligible for visit reimbursement.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION: Once your payment is received and/or your insurance is verified, and a new patient slot is confirmed, you will be contacted for an appointment within 24hrs OR your requested appointment date and time will be confirmed. You can request your preferred date and time on our website here. If you need an earlier appointment, please call us for same-day availability.
