We are a highly rated, innovative outpatient Psychiatry & Ketamine practice in the DMV, led by a triple board-certified psychiatrist and pain specialist. We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Position: W2 employee, part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) or full-time, with benefits.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted PMHNP or PA-C license (with CAQ-Psychiatry) in Virginia
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Minimum 20 hours/week availability (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–7 PM)
- Active NPI & CAQH profile (or willing to complete)
- No active noncompete or contract restrictions
- Willingness to consent to background check
About Us & Our Needs
We treat adults (18–65), with an average patient age of 20–45. We work exclusively with commercial insurance—no Medicaid, Medicare, or on-call service.
Work Location: Fairfax, VA (in person; relocation required if not local)
